Warranty Terms

At Platinum Auto Repair we repair many different makes and models of vehicles. All labor is performed by certified technicians. All work is done with quality parts. We strive to provide the best customer experience and repair as possible. New parts come with a 3 year part and labor warranty. Used parts come with a 30 day part and labor warranty.


Towing: If the vehicle is 25 miles or closer, the vehicle will be towed to our facility. If the vehicle is outside of the 25 mile range, the vehicle may be towed to an in network repair facility. TOWING AND REPAIRS MUST BE APPROVED BY PLATINUM AUTO REPAIR. The towing charge may be reimbursed to the customer if the part or repair performed is found to be faulty.


Description of Warranty

All new parts installed have a 3 year part and labor warranty. All Used Parts have a 30 day part and labor warranty. Customer supplied parts are considered as-is and do not have any sort of warranty. All “Normal wear” items,

Brake pads and rotors

Fluids Including A/C Freon

Light Bulbs or Fixtures

Belts

Tires

Batteries

Clutch Plate and Assembly

Body Components

commercial usage or neglect will not be covered. Required manufacturer maintenance must be performed or warranty will be void. Engine oil must be changed at 3000 miles for conventional oil and 5000 miles for synthetic oil.

IN CASE OF WARRANTY CLAIM, PROOF OF ALL MANUFACTURER REQUIRED MAINTENANCE MUST BE PROVIDED. INCLUDING ENGINE OIL AND FILTER CHANGES. FAILURE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF MAINTENANCE WILL VOID WARRANTY.


A warranty claim will be a repair or replacement of the warrantied item only. No refunds on repairs or warranties will be paid without prior authorization by Platinum Auto Repair. Refund amount shall not exceed the original repair cost. All parts need to be returned to Platinum Auto Repair for inspection, before warranty will be paid. This warranty only applies to the original customer and is non-transferable. ALL WARRANTY WORK MUST BE APPROVED BY PLATINUM AUTO REPAIR PRIOR TO PERFORMING THE REPAIR.
